Shipping & Returns

Retail Shipping: 
All retail sales are subject to a $8.99 shipping charge. We ship all orders within 2 business day ( Monday - Friday ).  Once we ship it takes 3-6 business days to reach you.  We do not ship orders on weekends / holidays. Please call us if you do not receive your order within 7 days from the time your place it.
 
Wholesale Shipping:
Free Shipping on orders over $500 (except Alaska and Hawaii). There is a $14.99 flat rate shipping fee on orders less than $500 for the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii shipping cost can very on weigh and dimension.  
We do same day shipping if order placed before 3 pm Central Time (Monday - Friday).  Shipping can take 2 to 6 business days depending on your location. We do not process or ship orders on weekends / holidays. 
 
Shipping Restrictions:  
We follow all federal, state, city and local laws regarding Vape, CBD and Kratom and do not sale/ship to restricted areas. If you are not able to add (to cart) an available product in our website that means you are in a restricted zone for that particular product.  As new law comes into effect we update our geo-fencing as well.  However we highly recommend you check the legality of our products in your area before placing order.       
 
Shipping Claims : 

Missing or Damaged Package : If your package is missing or damaged, please reach out to us directly. We'll quickly resolve the issue and reship your order within 2 business days. Do not file a claim with the shipping carrier—we’ll handle everything from our side to ensure you're taken care of.

 

Returns Policy:

1 Stop Vapor will only cover “New” Dead on Arrival (DOA/Defective) items, and they must be returned within 30 days of delivery. DOA item must have no sign of USE (i.e. scratches). 

• Erroneous items to your order need to be reported to 1 Stop Vapor no later than 48 hours after delivery.

• We are unable to honor warranties and/or returns if the item is damaged by misuse/abusive or improper care.​​ 
 

• Products must be in Original Packaging

• Our return policy excludes cartomizers, tanks and atomizers.  

• Please include the reason for product return with product

• All sales final. No returns except DOA.  

• Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
